Today I started with snatches, 32kg. So far my best was 40 reps without putting the Bell down, one switch in the air.
Snatches – with one switch 45 reps with the 32kg – this is 5 reps better than last week
Bottom up press – 5×5 with the 16kg
Flip swing – 5x20kg with the 32kg
Well, it was cool training…:)
