Snatch with 32kg 10×5 l,r = total 100 reps
Well, kinda killer…
Ok…the reason for this kind of training. Last week I changed to 32kg in most of the exercises. The short term plan is to reach 56 snatch with one switch.
Now I can make 40 reps with one switch. Braking up to smaller portions, while making about the double what I plan is a good way. At the beginning the breaks are longer, and later is smaller breaks. Lets say, from 45 second to 5 seconds. And then…miracle of miracles….:) Maybe you can do, what you have planned.
