Morning Snatches with 32 kg 4x10 l,r , 1x30 total so total 110 reps. with 40 kg 3x5 l,r double military press - 5x5 two hands anyhow - 2x1 with 32kg+24kg bent press - 40kg Tried to press the beast, but today at the end of the training...did not succeed,...


I was lazy with writing, but not so lazy with training...:) Morning: Pistols 5x5 with 20kg 3x3 with 30kg 2x1 with 40kg Afternoon 12x5 military press with 24kg l,r punches with rubber band= total 400 reps.
